Shipping
We have three different modes of delivery: normal mail, express delivery and same day delivery. Note that these delivery methods are applicable to ready stock packaging. For customized packaging, delivery is included in the total price.
Normal mail is only applicable to ready stock polymailers, shredded paper and hemp strings. For ready stock mailer boxes and wrapping tissue, these products are too big to fit into your letterbox and we will send them via express delivery.
Delivery is free for all orders above $50. For orders below $50, delivery rates apply for both express courier and normal mail. Note that this applies to ready stock packaging. For customized packaging, delivery is covered in the price.
We usually process orders within the same day of ordering. For free delivery orders or orders using express delivery, your order will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days. For orders using normal mail, your order might take around 5-7 working days.
For customized packaging, production and delivery will take 3 weeks or less.
Yes! Self collection is done daily after 11am at 201 Jurong East Street 21, 600201. Do give us a heads up when you are arriving so we can get your order ready!
Tracking for your order is only available for express courier and free delivery orders. You will receive a tracking code via SMS. For normal mail, unfortunately tracking will not be possible.

Yes we offer same day delivery using Lalamove. Costs for same day is usually $17 and above. To enable this, select “Same day delivery” on checkout!
Mail can get lost if it is not tracked, i.e via normal mail. Mail handling is totally out of our control once we hand over your order to the courier, hence we will not be responsible for lost mail. However, we understand the feeling of not receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We package all orders with shrink wrap to protect against the elements and rough handling during transit. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.
Payments
For ready stock packaging, we offer payment by Paynow/Paylah and credit card via Stripe or Paypal. In case of Paynow/Paylah, do note that we will only start to process your order once payment has been received. All payment modes use 100% SSL encryption, so your payment information is secure and protected.
For customized packaging, we take bank transfers only.
Yes of course! For ready stock packaging, we’ll send an invoice to your email once you completed your order. For customized packaging orders, an invoice will be sent to you once your order is confirmed.
No, as we do not begin to process orders until payment for the order is completed.
Yes! Please make all payments to 8182 8219 (Zachary). Do check that you are sending the payment to the right number as we will not responsible for payments sent to the wrong number.
Sorry, we don’t negotiate on our prices. We do however give out discount codes and vouchers often!
Refund & returns
Yes we do! All orders are guaranteed within 7 days. Check out our return policy.
We’re so sorry for this unfortunate incident. Please contact us immediately at +65 8182 8219. If you’re missing items, we will immediately ship out the balance to you at no extra costs. If your items was damaged, we would request that you send us back the items so we can issue a refund or an exchange.
If the order has not been shipped, cancellation is free! Do contact us at +65 8182 8219 to process your cancellation. For all other orders, if it is within 7 days of delivery, we offer refunds, however return delivery will be covered by the customer.
If you’re not satisfied with our product, we understand and will accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items returned must not be damaged, altered or changed. Return delivery will also be covered by the customer.
Customized packaging
We do printing, lamination, custom fabrication for cardboard mailer boxes, polymailers and wrapping tissue.
Yes we do, but these come with a sampling fee.
Production of your order usually takes 10-12 days to complete and shipping can take anywhere from 8-12 days. Rest assured that your order will reach your doorstep in 3 weeks or less.
For mailer boxes, we start at 200 MOQ for either custom dimensions and/or printing. For polymailers, as the template fabrication is much more complex, we start at 10,000 piece MOQ.
Ready stock packaging
We keep in-stock mailer boxes, polymailers and accessories. We also have a wide selection of sizes and colours that you can choose from to suit your needs. Check out our shop.

Since our products are in-stock at our warehouse, we can pack and ship your products in less than a day!

Mailer boxes
Mailer boxes are corrugated cardboard boxes designed for shipping. There are a great and secure way to send products and gifts. Our mailer boxes are also sustainable, having been made from recycled materials. Check out our mailer boxes.

Generally we ship mailer box orders of 3 and above in its unfolded form. For orders below 3, we will ship them in the folded form so that your boxes will not be damaged during transit.
They are made of recycled cardboard. There are also triple-layered corrugated cardboard in e-flute.
Polymailers
Polymailers are bags used to ship soft and non-fragile goods. They are a reliable and cheap packaging option for those who ship products frequently.

You can either print your label on a sticker and attach it directly on the polymailer, or print the label on paper and use scotch tape to attach it. Our polymailers are also marker friendly, so you can write the delivery details straight onto the polymailer!
All our polymailers come with a self sealing adhesive strip. Simply tear off the protective layer and you’re good to go!
This depends on the kind of product you’re shipping. For soft goods like clothes, you can fold the clothes and put them directly into the polymailer. For other goods, we recommend that you protect your product with bubble wrap to protect them from damage during transit.
Yes, they are 100% waterproof. Stretch and tear resistant too!
They are made from 90% recycled LDPE (low-density polyethylene), a waterproof and extremely stretch resistant material. They are also 100% recyclable.
Bundles
Bundles are all the packaging suppliers you need to ship your products or gifts. They contain mailer boxes, shredded paper for void fill and wrapping tissue for that “gift” experience.
Unfortunately no, you can only choose the colour and sizes at the moment.
Yes! Bundles are packaged together and you can immediately start packing your product once it arrives!
Sustainability
At packable.sg, we strongly believe in environmental protection. That’s why we choose to only work with eco-friendly suppliers. All our packaging products are either made from recycled materials or are 100% biodegradable themselves.
Yes, all our packaging suppliers are recyclable! Please recycle them in the NEA provided bins around your area.

No we do not dropship as we want to maintain full quality control to supply only the best products for our customers.
